Overview
Following our previous work with Surrey-based estate agent Curchods, Parent was tasked with creating a refreshed online experience to include a new website and customer portal. A sophisticated property search site is paired with comprehensive buyer and seller information pages, area guides and a blog platform to create an engaging and market-leading user experience.
The site design has been mirrored for sister brand Burns & Webber to maintain the group appearance whilst retaining their individual identities.

Creating a sophisticated and engaging online experience is key for traditional estate agents, enabling them to outperform online agents on every level.
A bespoke collection of icons have been created to illustrate local landmarks and key areas throughout the site.
A sophisticated client portal has been created for both brands, feeding preference and financial data direct from the client's back-end CRM system. The portal allows sellers, landlords and tenants to view and download statements, ledgers, documents and other transactional data.
Unique functionality has been built into the sites to allow users to draw multiple search areas on a map and receive a single set of search results covering several areas.
